Rob Cossey

Rob co-founded Hark Group in 1999, after 25 years at Chesterfield Properties Plc, where he was Main Board Director responsible for their development programme in the UK for nearly 20 years.

Rob left Chesterfield when the company was sold to Quintain Estates and jointly formed Hark Group at that time. With Hark Group, Rob has been involved in undertaking retail joint ventures with substantial partners such as TIAA, CJI and AREA Property Partners. In addition to which Rob was Managing Partner of Howard Ronson's UK office business, HRO UK. During this period he developed over 400,000 sq. ft. of Grade A offices in central London.

Rob has worked extensively in town centre commercial mixed use developments and re-generational schemes throughout his career. He is Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member Revo, the leading industry body representing owners, occupiers and Local Authorities involved in retail and leisure property.

Rob's main outside interests are golf, tennis, music and history, especially the history of cities.
